Preparation : - everyone should consider his own stuff to upload - goal : what is the reach of the tool ?

Monday: Stijn has a project (Maintenance) opening on Monday at LUCA Gent with assembly, exhibition and workshops with students on the school's cleaners. Reading Room Monday 18-20:30h at Carré Ghent on cleaners, part of the project. Stijn has a text. We'll also visit the exhibition then.

Tuesday 19-21h: Nadine Live Conversation Zenne & Sambre? Olivia F.. has a walking project around the Zenne. Vincent is involved in project around Sambre: creating a legal personhood for a river.
Project could also be part of MHKA programme, but introduce here? Amy (Future Farmers, close friend of Kobe) lives in Ghent. Made farmer's boat to deliver produce without using roads. Co-Post is based on SF example that Amy was part of.
Vincent has spoken with Olivier (coordinator) & Gilles (photographer) within the Sambre project. VIncent had meeting with non-profit centre for architecture (CAUE, there exist many of them) in Lille. Local, communitarian practices.
Sambre is the first river in Europe that's completely embedded/realigned, retraced for industry. A river that is no longer there. Olivier is in China, for Gilles (living in France) it's too early to speak about the project during this period.

Vincent will find out if he can represent the project, will come back about it next week.

Wednesday 11 December: 10:30-12:30: Das Arts feedback session. Also involve some people who don't know anything about Eavatea yet: Finish artist who lives in Ghent?

Wednesday 14-18h Monthly meeting

02-collaboration with Julie / IP Eavatea In January: Louise and Julie write a topo. Preparation of the hackaton should be with Julie as well, is not available in December, so Jesse & Louise adapt the Doodle. Louise is the bridge between inside and outside legal perspectives on Eavatea. Come to a series of questions. Jubilee artists should also be present at hackaton (at Kunsthal end of March), where we try to come to answers.
Louise needs to find out about the various convictions of the different legal specialist.

03-VH follow up LLN Finished the project with 4 images top shots of the vitrines (considred as collages) that could be the start of a new project. Q : how to circumvent prohibition about identy of persons mentioned ? Loan form in LLN : GDPR - blocked, it's about privacy not about copyright. This can either block a new collabroation or open it up to questions related to Eavatea. Academic researchers can often profit from exceptions in copyright law in ways that artistic researchers cannot.

04-Summer School 2025

Could be in Antwerp parallel to MHKA programme. But could also be in Brussels. Guy Geypens expressed an intention to work together with Jubilee

07-collaboration with Agency

Until 20 dec this year. 3 1/2 januarty to december 2025 on Agency and 2 1/2 for Jubilee) Coming from Heritage project : 12.000 € Inventory - develop a system how to organize we will propose 160€/use of library for external activities - proposal to do this for the RR. Agency meeting very soon. One Assembly programmed in Buda (land ownership curated by Els) in June and one with CKV in Muhka second half of 2025. DEC 14, AM & PM - moment organized by Gregory for kanal AM conversation with Marie Moreau of Bureau de Depositions PM presentation by Erika Sprey on dreams (recurring theme in Kobe's work)

08-collaboration with SOTA part of conglomerate (see previous reports) piloted by An organization from Serbia setting up a coooperative for artists, based on Serbian legilsation (run by Nicolas and Katrien) Katrien & Nicolas are running this project for SOTA. 4 symposia per year : 1 brussels, 1 serbia and two online On alternative forms of economy in visual arts. Ronny advised to set up a cooperative in Belgium for this, in parallel.

SOTA -> project grant Kunsten Decreet in March, they need to bring 30% fundings - Jubilee would be a partner in this. Max: as it's not so much an artistic project, wouldn't Innoviris be more interesting? Will they consider it as research ? Problem of participation in the non-profit sector if "participants/people are not interested in governance" If they acess VGC it will help but maybe not sufficient.

Asa invites us to come during an afternoon, the 2nd half of December. Making a lot of progress, also in collaboration with CKV.

We should finalize programme in January. two themes : -Archive : legal, how do we define ? -Distribution of the tool -> Ronny will forward the present programme document. -> INVITATION to present something with the tool (no obligation)

11-Varia: -Reflection on the General Assembly by Ronny. Apologises for handling the GA so hurriedly. Would prefer that in the future someone else leads the GA. Because the Board questions Ronny. So it would be good to have someone who questions the Board. For instance, which business model do we follow?
-Atlas of Ovens was invited by 404 to do something to Openbare Werken, parallel to their residency. With Bakers ? 13->18 MAY

12 - GLEAN : Essays by Jesse publication on Emptor program Ciel : Paysages ménagés and property, we plan to write about this so maybe we could do this together ?

13 - V&H Nomination Confidential: VH have been nominated for a grant for established Belgian artists / POMONA art fund, part of Sofam First time the grant is awarded. 3 x 20.000 €. Jury next week. Feb 7 announcement. Resonating very much with supporting "practices", reflection for @ KUL and the Jubilee project with Eavatea prize connected with Tax deductible gifts to the King baudouin Foundation. Zoe G, Nav H, Joachim Naudts, A-F Lessuise, and a few international. VH needed to write a short text. Occassion to highlight the need to support practices rather than projects/objects. Eavatea has a role here.
