4 people can stay at residency space Kunsthal. Danielle is looking for an appartment for additional accommodation. Quite expensive but travel budget would be as well.

Thursday 11h. Visit garden Mouscron: semi-public. Inviting people from Kobe Mathys' circle, who knew them well. How to manage a seed bank? What could be future governance models for the initiative.

Monday-Wednesday: workshops on Eavatea. Q: what is a workshop on Eavatea? Maybe: co-curating workshop. How can the logic of the tool be communicated to an audience? What do you want to bring in? Harvesting workshop. Challenge: how to include people who aren't involved yet. Ciel: starting with a physical collage helps. Possible topics: -Biking tour Chimney to chimney -Cooperative history Ghent -Caveat Possible links between documents/practices already? Also with other practices, Louise's Reading Room.

Steps out of Eavatea and/or Jubilee. Has too many things on her plate and is not interested in Eavatea. Talking about practical things in so many meetings is too much. Wants to simplify things, focus on ceramics. Has needs of production, contracts, fundraising.
Is interested in performative moments but at the moment does not have the energy for that. Is it better to step out or say that she doesn't want to attend any meetings for a period? Atlas of Ovens will be rounded up. Was great to get to know eachother, learn things, get inspired, now it feels like it's time for a new step (building an oven). Project in Menen: 20k budget, requests someone to do the production. Ciel thinks of Lara or Dallas.

Needs someone to help for production. Julie Van Elslande is potentially interested, but not to be a production assistant.

Project subsidy Kunstendecreet 15 September. Documentary performance around Seasonal Neighbours. Mainly Ciel & Max. Function: probably transdisciplinary. Development or production? Development now, Production 15 March 2025... Institutional support: contact with C-Takt, Pianofabriek, ...

Jesse brings Ciel and Sofia Dati in contact. (FYI : Sofia is moving to WIELS ) Also good options: Plan B, Viernulvier, nadine, Sara Ten Westenende's (farm).

Plan B (Ciel is part of Board) has invited Seasonal Neighbours for Kunst in Zwalm 2025.

Updates technical & functionalities Eavatea (0:20)

Yesterday meeting with Ronny, Katleen, Max and Loes basis of quote, plus list of bugs and things that are missing. Soon a meeting with AC. -vimeo and sound: is included in quote -traces and models: is included in quote -design in terms of Eavatea's concept. Undisrupted grid format is problematic, should be more counter-mapping and narrative. How can we make relationships visible in a better way than color shades/beaches? We have spoken about clusters/archipelagos before, as well as seach terms/hashtags. Make journeys more visible?
-better uploading interface <-> activating the tool for the public. Possibly complicated within the current budget. -website architecture: menu, about page (separate, where generative process of Eavatea is also explained, as well as what is a gesture, how are connections conceived, etc), search function, hashtags, perhaps narrative questions/sentences, glossary, pdfs of publication.

If more people from Jubilee work on certain elements of Eavatea, that's problematic because of nadine. Loes' proposal: monthly residencies at nadine.

Jesse formulates an idea (early tomorrow) for narrative questions/sentences. Could often be event titles? Be a product of conversations Ronny invites AC for Tuesday worksession Summer School + Reading Room.

Louise proposes text soon. Location: not sure yet, Kunsthal's Cura Garden could be an option, Stadsmakers to be explored.

Working groups (0:15)

Can be a way to make things work. Can be a way for people to engage in their own rhythm. But make it obligatory to be part of one working group?
Paid or not paid: working groups that no one wants to be part of would be paid?
